Prescribing exercise for cancer patients: ABC Nation Radio
The importance of exercise in the fight against cancer, Covid-19 and general ageing is explored in a new book called "The Exercise Prescription".
It pulls together research which claims exercise reduces the risk of breast cancer returning by 40 to 50 percent, improves vaccinations and is protective against severe forms of Covid 19.
Proceeds of the book will be donated to St Vincent's Hospital in Sydney for a pilot exercise program for cancer patients.
